Job Description:
The postholder's main day-to-day clinical role is providing Consultant Psychiatrist input for the Older Peoples Service. The two Older Peoples Service Consultant Psychiatrists will cover each other's leave. The IOPS responds to crisis referrals (seen within 4 hours) and most of the urgent referrals (seen within 72 hours) and provides intensive support to those in crisis and at risk of admission.
